| dc.description.abstract | This research explores how water is used as a cultural resource or if it is, when making water policy. I will focus on the Seminole Tribe of Oklahoma. I hypothesize that the cultural values are very important when making water policy. I will test my hypothesis relying on qualitative methodology and interview the cultural experts of this tribe. This is important because it will prove that the Seminole tribe takes the history of the tribe into consideration when making water policy. | |
