Resolution of the Legislature of Kansas, in favor of the passage of such laws as will secure to bona-fide settlers upon the Cherokee neutral lands the full benefit of the homestead and pre-emption laws, and also to secure to the state the 16th and 36th sections of land in each township, for school purposes.
