Overton, Delegate from the Chickasaw Nation of Indians, praying that the Secretary of the Treasury be authorized to issue a United States Indian Trust-fund Registered Bond, bearing interest at the rate of a per centum per annum, and to fund the present Indian trust-fund stocks and bonds at their face value; and that the Secretary of the Interior be authorized to invest all money now held, or that may come into his possession on account of redemption of bonds or stocks belonging to the trust-funds of Indian nations, in like bonds of the United States
